Lesson Cancellation By Teacher
•Any lessons cancelled by the instructor will be removed from that month’s tuition or credited to the next month.
•This is a year-round business and lessons continue through school breaks.
•HOLIDAYS: Please do not expect that lessons will be cancelled for holidays. There are a gazillion holidays and lessons continue through MOST of them, including Monday holidays. Holiday closures: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Discontinuing Lessons – Please provide two weeks (14 days) notice to allow ample time to fill the slot and celebrate progress and goal completion.
I respect that parents are busy so I do not bombard you with emails. When I do send an email or newsletter, please return the respect by 1) reading the email and 2) saving the email so you can refer back to it if you have questions.
If you need to speak to me in person please do so during your child’s lesson time. If you want until after the lesson you are then cutting into the next student's time.
(Info on recitals. dress rehearsals, vacation cancellations etc.):
HOLIDAY CLOSURE: No lessons during spring break, Monday March 18 - Saturday 23rd.
