Lesson Cancellation By Student -
Once a student reserves a time slot, that slot is no longer available to other potential students. Therefore, families are expected to pay for their time slot even if they miss the lesson due to illness, vacations, conflicts etc. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling for missed lessons.
Lesson Cancellation By Teacher
•Any lessons cancelled by me will be removed from that month’s tuition or credited to the next month. •This is a year-round business and lessons continue through school breaks. •HOLIDAYS: Please do not expect that lessons will be cancelled for holidays. There are a gazillion holidays and I continue lessons through MOST of them, including Monday holidays. I do close for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Discontinuing Lessons – Please provide two weeks notice to allow ample time to fill your slot.
Communication – I respect that parents are busy so I do not bombard you with emails. When I do send an email or newsletter, it is thoughtfully crafted with important information. So please return the respect by reading my emails and also creating an email folder to save them. If you do need to speak to me in person please do it during your child’s lesson time.

FALL RECITAL: Sunday, November 12th 1-3pm Main Library. (Theme: Broadway/Hollywood: songs from musicals or movies. Costumes preferred)
